Gabby Michelle is a songwriter, producer, music educator, and performing artist from Boston, MA. Writing songs since age nine, Gabby studied at Berklee College of Music, where she was recognized for her creative approaches to songwriting and impactful lyrical content. After studying under his mentorship, Gabby has also served as the teaching assistant for author, songwriter, and professor, Pat Pattison.

A passionate advocate for mental health, Gabby studied Music Therapy and psychology as well, and has performed and contributed to a variety of mental health awareness showcases and events. She credits her Music Therapy background for providing a more thoughtful and informed understanding of the relationship between music and the mind, and for recognizing the value of creative arts as a form of both communication and self-expression. She most recently joined the Musicians for the World team, a global nonprofit providing online music educations and resources to aspiring musicians. As a freelance music educator for several years, Gabby has developed a unique and flexible approach to teaching to best fit and serve the individual interests, learning style, and abilities of each student.

Gabby prioritizes the integrity and quality of each shared music experience, and has adopted a holistic perspective of the empowering and communicative potential that music offers, something she believes should be shared with younger folks to use for the betterment of their own lives and their surrounding communities. Gabby Michelle is an active songwriter and also serves as a songwriting and lyric coach, facilitating virtual workshops for writers across the globe. Her own artistry and music endeavors as a songwriter, vocalist, and instrumentalist further amplify the passion she has for the creative arts in everyday life - something she hopes inspires her students to take opportunities to grow their own skills, find their own voice, and stay creative and empowered beyond the classroom.

Fun Facts! Gabby’s favorite color is mustard and she has two cats, named Phoebe & Clover.
